You’ll need a free account to host — it keeps your meetings and unlocks scheduling and your own room. Guests just click your link, with no account and no download.
Hosting takes a free Join Orbi account (your guests never need one). Once you’re signed in, click Start a meeting — the guest link is copied to your clipboard and shown on screen, and you open your host room when you’re ready.
Paste it into WhatsApp, a text, an email or your team chat. The link works on iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac, in Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox.
Your browser asks once for permission. Check your preview in the green room, then join. Use the toolbar to share your screen, open the whiteboard, chat or record.
